01 About Us

Social Commerce Live is an event series operated by FamHam Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us", and "our" throughout these terms refer to FamHam Ltd.

These terms apply to all Social Commerce Live events including but not limited to the event scheduled for Friday 9 October 2026 in Manchester and any future events in the series.

02 Tickets and Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. A ticket purchase constitutes a binding contract between you and FamHam Ltd on the terms set out here.

03 Refund Policy

Our Position on Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in exceptional circumstances as set out below. Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your purchase.

We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund request in genuinely exceptional circumstances. These include serious illness or hospitalisation of the ticket holder or an immediate family member where medical evidence is provided, bereavement of an immediate family member occurring within 14 days of the event, or circumstances entirely beyond your control that make attendance physically impossible. Each request will be considered on its individual merits. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund will be approved.

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, contact us at the email address listed in Section 9 with your order reference and a brief explanation of your circumstances. We will respond within five working days.

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method within 10 working days. Processing fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable.

04 Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional charge, subject to the following conditions:

05 Event Cancellation or Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers, venue, or schedule. We will communicate any significant changes to ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for cancellation or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or venue failure. In such circumstances we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event and keep ticket holders informed.

06 Attendee Conduct

We want Social Commerce Live to be a positive, safe, and productive environment for everyone. By attending you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with that.

FamHam Ltd takes reasonable steps to ensure the safety and smooth running of Social Commerce Live events. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

When you purchase a ticket or register your interest, we collect personal data including your name, email address, and TikTok handle where provided. This information is used to:

We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Your data is held securely and in accordance with UK GDPR.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address in Section 9.
